Sand Creek Trail Paving and Detours

Paving of the new concrete trail gets underway this week in Reach 2A that is from the confluence of Westerly Creek and Sand Creek to Central Park Blvd. This portion of the trail will be closed during this work, detour maps are attached below.

North End Park Renderings and Information from Civitas and Brookfield

A Central Park neighbor asked CPUN to follow up with Brookfield regarding the plans and construction timeline for one of the parks in the North End area of the community.  Here is the information provided, included new renderings. According to Jim Chrisman, SVP of Development Central Park Denver from Brookfield, they hope to starting construction in Q3 or Q$ of this year and expect it to take 9-12 months to complete construction of the park once it has started.
